La Fabrica &Co residence is located in El Poblenou, a neighborhood brimming with creativity and talent in one of the most vibrant districts of Barcelona.
You’ll stay close to Barcelona’s universities and postgraduate schools, in a youthful atmosphere where you can choose from cafes, bars, restaurants, and cultural spaces.
Just a few meters from Barcelona’s best beaches, you can walk or bike from La Fabrica &Co to Bogatell Beach, Mar Bella Beach, and Nova Icària Beach.
With good connections to places of interest such as Plaça de Catalunya, the Sagrada Família, or Parc de la Ciutadella.

In the Coliving at La Fabrica &Co, all rooms have a double bed for two people (you and your companion).
You will never share a room with strangers. The room is for you, and only the person who comes with you will stay there if you wish.
If you have already made your reservation and want to add someone else, please contact us.
La Fabrica &Co’s Coliving is designed for master’s and doctoral students, undergraduates completing their internships, researchers working on their theses, as well as university professors.
If you are enrolled in any other educational institution that occupies most of your time, you may also be eligible for the Coliving.
We want you to surround yourself with a community of talent where you can both contribute and benefit.
Yes, we have accessible rooms that feature wider hallways, a bathroom with grab bars around the toilet, a suspended sink, and a spacious, floor-level shower.
You can choose the duration of your stay according to your needs, from 1 night to 24 months.
Yes, all utilities are included, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
Yes, bedding and towels are included in the rooms at La Fabrica &Co’s Coliving so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Additionally, we change them every week during the weekly cleaning.
Yes, your room includes weekly cleaning where bedding and towels are changed, dust is removed, the floor is vacuumed, the bathroom is thoroughly cleaned, and the kitchen countertops are wiped (excluding dishes and kitchenware).
If you require additional cleaning services or have other requests, please contact the reception team.
The rooms are equipped with electronic smart locks that only you can control with your smartphone.
From your mobile device, you can lock the door so that no one enters when you’re not there, and receive a notification in case of any tampering with the lock.
Additionally, in all rooms, you also have a personal safe for your use.
The building has 24-hour surveillance, security cameras, and an alarm system.
Yes, we have parking spaces available in the building’s parking lot.
The parking fee is not included in the accommodation.
