Conditions of the Exclusive Opening Rate for Rooms at La Fabrica &Co’s Coliving
1. Promotion
20% discount on the rate that appears when making a reservation of 3 months and more.
You must request the discount on the reservation request form.
2. Stay Period
The 20% discount will apply to bookings between 3 and up to 12 months of stay.
3. Important Information
- The discount only applies to stays of 3 months or more.
- All bookings confirmed before 31/03/2025 will receive a 20% discount.
- Not combinable with other promotions.
- La Fabrica &Co reserves the right to cancel or suspend the promotion or change any of its conditions.
