Conditions of the Long Stay Special Rate for rooms at La Fabrica &Co’s Coliving
1. Promotion
10% discount on the rate that appears when making a reservation of 6 months and more.
You must request the discount on the reservation request form.
2. Stay Period
The 10% discount will apply to bookings between 6 and up to 12 months of stay.
3. Important Information
- The discount applies only to bookings of 6 months or longer.
- All bookings must be confirmed by 31/08/2025 to qualify for the discount.
- The promotion does not apply to stays shorter than 6 months or to extensions of existing contracts.
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
- La Fabrica &Co reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time and at its sole discretion.
- Modifications and/or extensions to the original contract will be subject to the rates in effect at the time of the extension. Therefore, if the renewal is not made before a price adjustment, the new rate will apply.
