You will never share a room with strangers. The room is for you, and only the person who comes with you will stay there if you wish.

Yes, your room includes weekly cleaning where bedding and towels are changed, dust is removed, the floor is vacuumed, the bathroom is thoroughly cleaned, and the kitchen countertops are wiped (excluding dishes and kitchenware).

The rooms are equipped with electronic smart locks that only you can control with your smartphone.

From your mobile device, you can lock the door so that no one enters when you’re not there, and receive a notification in case of any tampering with the lock.

This service is available exclusively for stays of 6 months or longer.

All rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 people per stay. If you have a guest, please inform reception in advance and register that person upon arrival. If you wish to have more visitors (family or friends), an additional reservation in another room will be required, subject to prior approval.

Your guest does not need to be a student.

For colivers and guests during the day or in common areas:
A maximum of 3 people is allowed, including the main guest(s).
For example, if there are 2 registered guests, they may have 1 visitor.
