You will never share a room with strangers. The room is for you, and only the person who comes with you will stay there if you wish.

Yes, bedding and towels are included in the rooms at La Fabrica &Co’s Coliving so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Additionally, we change them every week during the weekly cleaning.

Yes, your room includes weekly cleaning where bedding and towels are changed, dust is removed, the floor is vacuumed, the bathroom is thoroughly cleaned, and the kitchen countertops are wiped (excluding dishes and kitchenware).

If you require additional cleaning services or have other requests, please contact the reception team.

The rooms are equipped with electronic smart locks that only you can control with your smartphone.

From your mobile device, you can lock the door so that no one enters when you’re not there, and receive a notification in case of any tampering with the lock.

Additionally, in all rooms, you also have a personal safe for your use.

The building has 24-hour surveillance, security cameras, and an alarm system.

The residency registration process (empadronamiento) is currently being set up. However, it will only be available for residents with bookings of 6 months or longer.
